Very Berry is pleased to invite you to a celebrity quiz night and charity auction to celebrate England's first 6 Nations game against Wales, hosted by former England and British Lion Rory Underwood. The event is on Friday 4th February 2011 and begins at 6pm. Tickets are £120 per team (maximum of four people per team).

You can enter your own all-star team of up to four players to take part in our sports quiz. What's more you'll be assisted by your very own celebrity ringer. After a chilli supper the charity auction will be in aid of Wooden Spoon, the children's charity of rugby. Finally watch England take on Wales live from the Millennium Stadium. All in all it plans to be an evening full of odd shaped balls!

Cycle Live 2013

Cycle Live Nottingham will be back next summer for its second year. After a successful event earlier this year, the three day cycling festival is set to return to the city between Friday 21 and Sunday 23 June.

Next year’s Cycle Live will see a similar format to 2012, with a few changes to keep it fresh and make it even bigger than this year’s event. Friday night will see the return of The Nottingham Grand Prix, which will feature a series of evening circuit races around Nottingham’s Victoria Embankment. There will be opportunities for beginners and experienced cyclists, both male and female to get involved, spanning a broad age range.

The prestigious Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride, which will be in its 32nd year in 2013, will provide the finale for the three day festival of cycling, returning on Sunday 23 June and featuring three distances; 25 miles, 50 miles and a 100 mile sportive.

The Nottingham City Ride will move from Sunday to Saturday next year, allowing organisers to broaden the scope for families and children taking part by adding in a longer distance route. In 2013, there will be two predominantly off-road routes to choose from – 6 or 12 miles, starting and finishing at the Victoria Embankment with a feed station en route, giving participants a similar experience to those taking part in the Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride.
